Dispatches From The Obama Nation

I was a lonely little boy from Olcott Beach, New York. Then the Beatles appeared on Ed Sullivan and I awoke and became me! Exciting years followed taking LSD with my hippie friends, meditating in Rishikesh, having babies, writing books, wrestling poodles, doing radio, travelling the world, making movies, overthrowing  rouge governments,  finally finding love in the arms of a whore with heart of gold in Thailand! Now I am 55 and soooo much younger than I ever was… still loving, still tripping, still dreaming, still telling the truth, still pissing people off, still on fire with the love & peace fairy dust John Lennon blew in my eyes at the Everson Museum Of Art back in 71’ when I was barely a teen. Believe me when I tell you; we are all beautiful, there is no death, the groove is in the heart, life flows on within you and without you….

So anyway… it’s John’s Happy Happy 40 th Peace & Love Anniversary and we are all spinning like tops here in Bangkok tripping out to Brother Lennon’s beautiful message of love and peace baby!  As a foot soldier in my generation’s HIP/YIP army I have fought many battles, been on both sides now and still feel very much the same as when I was at 12! Life is a stone groove and so are we. And that my brothers and sisters is very much the way we roll here in Sukhimvit 93, Prakanome! Have a happy!
